This policy explains conditions for returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

A product is eligible for return or replacement if:

  • It was damaged, defective, or not as described
  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories

Products NOT eligible for return:

  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Electrical items burnt due to wrong usage
  • Software, licenses, downloadable items
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

2. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@hubnut.in
  2. Provide:
    • Order ID
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Photos/videos of the issue

Return pickup will be attempted 1–3 times.
If you miss all pickup attempts, the return will be cancelled.

3. Replacement Policy

A replacement will be provided if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The product arrives damaged
  • The item delivered is incorrect

Replacement depends on product availability.

If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after:

  • The returned item passes quality inspection
  • Verification is completed (3–5 business days)

Refund method:

  • Online Payment → Refunded to same source
  • COD Orders → Refunded to bank account / UPI ID

Refund time: 5–7 business days after inspection approval.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is shipped.

Order cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

If cancellation is approved:

  • Online payments → full refund
  • COD orders → no charge

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Payment failure
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Stock unavailability
  • Incorrect address

6. Products Damaged During Use

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage due to mishandling
  • Electrical burnouts
  • Improper installation
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Such items will not be eligible for return or refund.
